Ground rules for conflict is a resource that can be given to people prior to mediation or an open discussion.
Covenant Commitments in Times of Disagreement is a Biblically based resource which is very useful for handing out when conflict is on the horizen. It is also useful in training to prepare for conflict.
Dealing with Difficult People – Conflict Styles is a powerpoint presentation you are welcome to use in any non-commercial environment e.g. to train team members in your local parish.
