I am seeking to gather on this site some of my material and also provide links to other sources so that they are available to leaders in Christian ministry.  This site is open to all but is particularly for those I work with in occasional training seminars, mentoring and leadership development workshops.

I had originally entitled this site “katartizo” as it is the NT Greek word commonly translated ‘equipping, restoring, preparing, training or making complete’.  I had used it for the name of this resource site as it describes the purpose well.  However no one could find it.
