I am looking forward to teaching this morning at the Arrow Leadership Conference in Melbourne. We will be exploring some of the issues surrounding conflict within Christian communities. Two sessions will cover an introduction to conflict sources and processes and also personal conflict styles.

Great to catch up with the Church Health Consultancy Team today. All the notes have been updated in our dropbox. I have added some material on preventative measures which can be used in the restoration phases of recovery consultations.
Great weather in Sydney this week, where I enjoyed the opportunity to meet again with the facilitators for FOM groups in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney. We looked at facilitation processes in retreats and covered the outlines of leadership development workshops on Managing Transition, Sexual Dynamics in ministry and Spiritual Formation. We have set up dropbox as the tool for sharing information and all notes will be available through the dropbox shared folder.
It was fun to share a couple of evening meals with Baptist Pastors in Sydney on Thursday and Friday this week and earn my keep in between by facilitating two workshops on Power and Healthy Congregational Ministry. The Revive conference was held at Olympic Park and featured Mark Wilson from Perth as Keynote Speaker.
Notes from my workshop are attached as a PDF Download. In the second workshop we also explored the dynamics of church systems and conflict. Some extra notes relating to these have also been included. Feel free to comment or ask questions if needed.
