Mentoring Leadership Online 2026-2027 – Online Course

Tim and I are offering Mentoring Leadership Online in 2026-2027. The course provides the environment for thoughtful Christians and leaders to reflect on their experience and to develop skills to intentionally build into the lives of others. The training involves six online workshops and at least ten 60-90 minute practice sessions in triads with other course participants each year. Trainee mentors are expected to actively seek mentoring relationships and engage their own personal mentor after the first workshop.

Training Mentors at St Clements Anglican Church

It was great to spend the morning with parishioners of St Clements Anglican Church in Kingston training individuals in mentoring skills and also giving some young adults an idea of what mentoring involved.

Filming again at Transform Southern Sydney

Luke and I returned to Hurstville to film Mentoring Leadership content for leaders in Southern Sydney and beyond. This is the second of four video series being produced in partnership with TSS. Australian Christian Mentoring Network – Mentor Brunch in Hobart

Tim and I enjoyed brunch with a group of mentors from the South this morning. We heard about each other’s involvement in mentoring, reflected together on the similarities and differences of mentoring practices and those of supervision, coaching, and spiritual direction, and shared resources we use in mentoring.
