Teaching and training events
I spent Sunday through Tuesday at the Belgrave Heights Convention Centre training facilitators for Ministry Renewal Retreats in Victoria.
Continue reading “Ministry Renewal Retreats – Victorian Facilitator’s Training”Sally Jones from Sydney and I spent Monday through Thursday training mentors at the final residential of the three year Mentoring Equipping Training at the Worldview Centre in Launceston.
The training included Biblical reflections, live mentoring by trainees, training on emotional intelligence, life stages and phases, spiritual formation, and more.
Resources from the training are in the shared Dropbox for MEQ Trainees.
I was able to join the Chaplaincy Australia National Conference from Perth via Zoom for a session on Personality in mentoring and supervision. This session was designed to enable mentors to reflect on their own personality, the personality of mentees and the interaction which takes place between them. The presentation was emailed out to all who participated in the conference.
