Arrow Executive Leadership Session – Lasting the Distance in Leadership

Tim and I returned to the Foothills Conference Centre in Melbourne for the last day of input for the Arrow 16 Executive Leadership Cohort. We reflected on the risks and challenges of leadership and introduced a whole person wellbeing model. We wish the cohort all the best.

Recovery Consultancy Training for Baptists NSW and ACT

Luke kicked off teaching our Recovery Consultancy work to a group of 30 Baptist consultants today in Sydney. I was not able to get in due to other commitments till late morning so very happy to have Luke lead the training. We covered 5 different recovery scenarios and applied our overview of phases, assessment criteria and four main stategies to each. A great day of training and some valuable group interaction. Notes and resources are being uploaded to Baptist Onedrive and Church Consultancy Website.

Training Mentors at St Clements Anglican Church

It was great to spend the morning with parishioners of St Clements Anglican Church in Kingston training individuals in mentoring skills and also giving some young adults an idea of what mentoring involved.
