It was great to have the opportunity to work on our conflict material with another group and reflect with them on the challenges of leading conflict competent organisations.

We (Tim and Luke) enjoyed spending the day today training a large Brisbane church staff team in conflict competency. We looked at unique elements of conflict in churches, explored conflict dynamics, interpersonal conflict styles, and generational values and preferences regarding communication and conflict resolution. Finished the day with a great walk around the river through Southbank and up and across the Story Bridge.
