I want to develop as a relational leader. <\/p>\n

I want to understand and develop my unique mix of ministry gifts and skills. <\/p>\n

I need to become more accountable for the time and effort I put into marriage and family relationships. <\/p>\n

I struggle with stress in ministry. <\/p>\n

There are specific ministry and life skills I would like to acquire (and these are \u2026\u2026 ). <\/p>\n

I am moving through a time of decision and exploring options for the future. <\/p>\n

I need someone with whom to debrief critical ministry situations. <\/p>\n

I need to resolve or manage interpersonal conflict. <\/p>\n

I need some ways of objectively reviewing my life and ministry and get a \u2018fix\u2019 on where I am and where I need to develop. <\/p>\n

I want someone to keep me on the growing or cutting edge. <\/p>\n

My ministry changing and I would like to manage this transition well. <\/p>\n

I need to be held accountable for specific commitments in my life and ministry. <\/p>\n

I would like to be better organised for effective ministry. <\/p>\n

I want to maintain an ongoing commitment to learning and growth. <\/p>\n

I would like to equip, lead and develop the leaders around me. <\/p>\n

I need to find time for recreation and use it well.  <\/p>\n
