John Mark Ministries was founded over 20 years ago by a group of concerned Christian leaders in Australia to pioneer research and establish ministry support structures for clergy. The founder, Rev Dr Rowland Croucher (Vic) and Rev Les Scarborough (NSW) have consulted extensively across the nation with denominations in the training, formation, continuing education and care of their ministers. Training programs have also been developed to equip denominational leaders working with leadership development and also facilitating congregational health.<\/p>\n
