Great to be back near the beach at Wollongong (Bellambi) for another church health consultancy team training for the PCA. We began a new round of team training staring in this year with a new group of experienced church leaders training as part of the consultancy team. All notes in the dropbox.

I enjoyed the opportunity to be a guest lecturer in the Pastoral Care Skills course at Sydney Missionary and Bible College this evening. We worked through dimensions of church conflict and considered pastoral aspects of understanding and responding to conflict. On the 6th September, I was able to work alongside John Morse from Tabor College and participate in the layered learning evens for the Salvation Army in Tasmania. Last Saturday, the teaching program was repeated in Launceston. I integrated John’s teaching into my own presentation for the second session as John was unable to be present. Notes referred to, video links and brainstorms are all following in this post.
Back in Melbourne (Balwyn Baptist Church) today for Workshop 7 of our training program with BUV Church Health Consultancy Team. We covered mediation skills and looked at principles of facilitation. Dropbox contains all our updated files.
