It was great to be back at Kew Baptist for our first training workshop for the church health consultancy team this year.  We covered governance processes in local churches.  We looked at models of governance, the roles of governing elders, systemic health and several models of governing leadership.  Notes and presentations are all in our team dropbox. 

Thanks to Peter and Ngaire Moore of Aedificia, we finally got off the ground with our advanced skills training program in Sydney.  It was great to have Baptist, Presbyterian and Anglicans working on processes and skills in mentoring. 

The dropbox system is all up and working and new files have been added to our training folders. I will be uploading some further personality and coaching presentations over the next few weeks. 

 

  

I enjoyed being back in Sydney on Wednesday for the first session of training for a new team of parish recovery consultants.  This was the first workshop of 8 and we covered the core processes of parish recovery and understanding Clergy Abuse.  Dropbox is being set up for team members to share notes. 

Merran and I enjoyed meeting friends at Punchbowl Christian Centre again this Sunday to begin their series on Introducing Jesus.  My sermon was called Who is Jesus? and began with a short Video and then a presentation.  Both are copied here.
