Focus on Ministry–Facilitators Training Sydney

I enjoyed the opportunity to meet with 22 facilitators of Focus on Ministry retreats in Sydney on Monday.  I love the Telford site at Port Hacking, sunny and relaxing looking out over the water.  This year we covered Pastoral Review Processes, Understanding Church systems, Empowering Leadership and some new research on Burnout.

All the files have been updated and placed in our group dropbox.

Ridley College MA Gold – the Minister’s Personal Growth and Development

In spite of a rather cold week, 14 Ridley MA students worked through 16 lectures and workshops on the Ministers Personal Growth and Development from Tuesday 12 to Friday 15 June.  The Yarra Valley Conference Centre provided an excellent learning environment with great facilities and excellent food.  Highly recommended!

All the notes and presentations for the training course are now in our group Dropbox.  Additional resources for assignments will be added over the next few weeks.
