I appreciated the invitation to address a group of Salvation Army officers from the Southern Region meeting for their five year review conference.  The chosen topic was Difficult Conversations.  It was good to have a calmer morning after some pretty windy and wild weather on my arrival last night.  Notes and presentations follow below.
