Darling Downs Presbytery Retreat
I had never been up to the Bunya Mountains in SE Queensland before, so it was great to have Monday leading four sessions at the Darling Downs Presbytery retreat.
We looked at life cycles in rural churches, consultancy processes, and systemic health in churches. Great to meet many of the ministers in this region.

I enjoyed spending the day with the Presbyterian Consultancy Team looking at healthy team processes in multi-staff churches and assisting declining churches find ways to redevelop. The notes have now been updated in our shared dropbox.
Presbyterian Churches of NSW–Church Consultancy Team Residential Feb 2013
Three days of warm and dry weather were great for our Consultancy training residential at Bellambi. It was great to have most of the team present and to acknowledge a handover to a new coordinator and leadership process.
We looked at both basic and advanced training and were taken through a review report on the teams activities and processes.
