We reflected on the various forms of ‘Gentleness’ mentioned in the New Testament, had some reflection and sharing together, and finished the morning reflecting on conflict behaviours and skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed being back at Yarra Valley Conference Centre for another subject in Ridley’s MA program. This time we spent 26 hours on Church Conflict. Great to explore Biblical passages, theories of conflict and some case studies with the MA students this year.

I enjoyed catching up with friends and facilitating an elective today at the CMA conference in Melbourne.
My elective this time was called Building Organisational Leadership Capacity using the Leadership Practices Model.
