I appreciated the opportunity to work with the Diocese of Sydney Parish Recovery Teams today for Workshop 5 of our Training Program on Recovery.  We looked at two current consultancies and continued training and resourcing on the Recovery and Restoration phases of consultation.

All the training files are now linked through dropbox.  I sent out the invitations following training and most consultants should now be able to access training materials.

I enjoyed catching up with Baptist friends and working with Jill Martin from the Anglican Diocese of Tasmania and Brenda Williams from the Baptist Union of Victoria for a Pastors and Church Leaders Training Day in Launceston.

On the issues around professional standards, power and leadership, I used two Presentations, the notes of which are available below.  Reference was also made to a Team Covenant.

I enjoyed another day of good coffee and muffins shared with the RMs in Newmarket.  After a reflection and sharing time we explored some input around staff team relationships and leadership.

We have moved to using dropbox to share files and I will send an invitation to team members.

Great to share the day with both members of Team B and Team A Church Consultants with the Vic Tas Conference.  We had a pretty full day introducing processes for use in times of congregational conflict to Team B.  I enjoyed teaching again with Robyn and Peter who are the principal trainers for our second team.  It was good to welcome Micheal Vanderee, the new Church Health denominational leader for Churches of Christ.  Our team is looking forward to working with him.
