The most commonly requested resources on my mentoring and leadership websites are to do with interpersonal and organisational conflict. I have organised these now onto a new website called Peace Train (i.e get some training around peacemaking skills…) This will become my new home for peacemaking, reconciliation, conflict resolution and forgiveness resources. Hope they are useful.
Salvation Army Northern Cluster Meeting March 2013
Wonderful to meet the new officers assigned to corps in the north of the state today at ETC. We spent some time reflecting on the nature of “shalom” and then listened to each other’s stories and background. The topic for reflection today was self care practices in ministry.

I enjoy my opportunities to teach in the Arrow Leadership program. Always good to hang out with a choice collection of Bulls, Turtles, Koalas, classic Owls and this year a lone Turtle.

Australian Christian Mentoring Network Forum–Melbourne April 17-18
The Australian Mentoring Network is hosting its annual equipping conference this year at Doncaster Church of Christ on April 17-18. The focus this year is on practical training for those involved in mentoring. Join us to hear Keith Farmer, Mark Conner, Sandy Jones, Graeme Cann, Rick Lewis and myself share about mentoring.

We would love for you to be part of this event so that you further develop your interest and skills in this most valuable area of ministry.
Venue: Doncaster Church of Christ – 2 Short Street Doncaster, Melbourne
Date and Times: Wed 17th 9.30am through to Thursday 18th 3.30pm. The program includes a session on Wednesday evening.
