I spent the day with a local team today working on TYPE and teamwork dynamics. TYPE as developed by Carl Jung and popularised in the MBTI, PTI and Kiersey models and indicators provides a range of useful insights into team work.

I enjoyed the opportunity to visit Adelaide this week and give a series of seminars to elders and pastors involved with Baptist churches. It was great to see some friends I have not seen for many years.
