I enjoyed being back at Glen Waverley Anglican Church today for this year’s first EPIC training day on Health in Ministry. It was good to catch up with EPIC participants I met last year, meet the new members and also connect with other priests I have met before in conferences and seminars.
We spend the day exploring dynamics of ministry, all of which have implications for self care and ongoing formation. The notes from the presentations and some additional materials are linked below.

Great to be back in Sydney, this time at Golden Grove, for three days of summer rain and lots of church consultancy training. We covered areas of church health, culture and consultancy processes. All notes are in the dropbox.
