Luke and I spent time training the Church Health Facilitation Team via Zoom this morning. We introduced the specialist training area of conflict. This included frameworks to assess conflict and tools to help churches prepare for it.

Tim and I spent the day in Hurstville filming Self-Care for Ministry Workers content to be released through TSS as part of their commitment to equipping churches in Southern Sydney and beyond. Go to Transform Southern Sydney to read more about their mission.
I enjoyed a couple of days in Sydney with the Presbyterian Church Consultancy Team. We looked at team and governance consultancies, supervision in church consultancy, and responding to churches who are navigating conflict.
