Luke and I returned to Hurstville to film Mentoring Leadership content for leaders in Southern Sydney and beyond. This is the second of four video series being produced in partnership with TSS. It was great to go back to Lake Moogerah south-west of Brisbane to conclude the foundational training for the Presbyterian Church of Queensland Church Health Facilitation Team. This was their third live-in, workshop 7 in the training program. We covered trauma informed consulting and the remaining specialist training areas of staff and leadership reviews, governance, recovery, vision and strategic planning.
