Great to be back at Wycliffe Retreat Centre at Kangaroo Ground for the 2018 Facilitators Training for Ministry Renewal Retreats Victoria. The topics we covered this year include: Facilitation Skills, Resilience Plans, Covenant Setting, The Formation Retreat Process, Healthy Leadership and Teamwork. All of the notes are in our team dropbox.
Great to be with Arrow participants in Melbourne for a day of Conflict Competency training. Good to catch up with some I have met in other places. All the best for putting conflict competency into practice.

It was great to spend the day with Mentors and Mentorees at Hampton Park Baptist with the BUV Emerging Leaders program. Good to have a multi-generational and multi-ethnic group all interested in mentoring. Following is the presentation from the day and links to several of the handouts which can be used in mentoring. Our May cluster gathering was held this morning at ETC for Northern Salvation Army Officers. We looked a Renovation of the Mind from Dallas Willard’s book on Renovation of the Heart. It was good to discuss Mindfulness and Mindful Practices from a Christian Perspective.
