Ministry Renewal Retreat Facilitators Training Victoria

Merran and I enjoyed three days with the Renewal Retreat Faciitators for Victoria this week at Point Lonsdale. Graeme Cann led several sessions on Reflection and Life Timelines. I looked at Creating a Context for Renewal, Basic Retreat Facilitation skills including Accountabilities, Covenant Formation, Affirmations and Group Formation. We explored some recent research on Burnout in Ministry and looked at Phases and Stages of Ministry.

Renewal Retreat Facilitators Training Victoria

Tim enjoyed meeting from Monday to Wednesday with the Victorian facilitators of Renewal Retreats for men and women in Christian ministry. During this session we concluded the Google Group for Retreat Facilitators and started a new resource and networking site with ning.com. Notes from all the training sessions are being linked to the site.
