Back to Elizabeth Town Tasmania for a morning with Salvation Army Officers. We took a look at the description of Captain David’s leadership and considered 8 Key Factors in Spiritual Growth.
Fun to be in Sydney for another day of support and training for the Anglican Diocese Parish Recovery and Support Teams. This training day involved reflecting on conflict dynamics, facilitation skills and the processes of grief. Notes are in our team dropbox.
Good to be out west in Perth on Monday for a day of Difficult Conversations training with the Salvation Army. Back to Adelaide for Wednesday and Thursday for the same training module at Ingle Farm. Following are the notes from the day and links to the brainstorms for each day.
