I enjoyed spending this week with Victorian Presbyterian Clergy and their families on their annual camp. We anchored 4 studies in the book of Philippians and then reflected together on several areas of ministry: Resilience, Partnership and Conflict Management. Great to have another day on Monday with 20 or so facilitators of Focus in Ministry Retreats with the Anglican Diocese of Sydney. We worked this year on Personality in Ministry issues, Reslience, Difficult conversations and disclosures in retreats. Notes are all in our dropbox. It was particularly good to celebrate 20 years of retreats with a visit from Les Scarborough who founded the retreats.
Great to have the day with officers and staff managers of the Tasmanian Salvation Army in Hobart on Thursday. As part of their Leadership and Management Training Program (LaMP) we explored the dynamics of Difficult Conversations.
