
I enjoyed spending this week with Victorian Presbyterian Clergy and their families on their annual camp. We anchored 4 studies in the book of Philippians and then reflected together on several areas of ministry: Resilience, Partnership and Conflict Management. I enjoyed being at Edge Church in Doncaster to spend the day with Victorian Baptist pastors and Churches of Christ pastors discussing healthy ministry.
Great to have the day with officers and staff managers of the Tasmanian Salvation Army in Hobart on Thursday. As part of their Leadership and Management Training Program (LaMP) we explored the dynamics of Difficult Conversations.
