I am enjoying a few days in Brisbane this week working with the leadership team of the Diocese of Brisbane. The venue is St Francis’s Theological College. A great place to be able to work for three days.

Back in Melbourne on Wednesday for Workshop 6 in the training program for Church Health Consultants for the Baptist Union of Victoria. Good to touch base with team members and work through some practical intervention processes in congregations who are experiencing conflict. Notes in the dropbbox.
I thoroughly enjoyed being back at Yarra Valley Conference Centre for another subject in Ridley’s MA program. This time we spent 26 hours on Church Conflict. Great to explore Biblical passages, theories of conflict and some case studies with the MA students this year.

I enjoyed catching up with friends and facilitating an elective today at the CMA conference in Melbourne.
My elective this time was called Building Organisational Leadership Capacity using the Leadership Practices Model.

It was good to have two days again this year with the facilitators of Ministry Renewal Retreat Groups in Victoria at the Upper Plenty Conference Centre. This year we covered the the history and outline of retreats, the multiplication process, dealing with diversity, ministry times, catch up days and briefly introduced mapping exercises.
