It was good to spend the morning reflecting with Salvation Army officers on the challenges and changes going on their lives. We looked at the Samson narrative from Judges 13-16 and discussed this difficult storyline and its meaning.

Southern Queensland Chaplains Seminar–Enoggera Barracks 9-10 October 2012

Round 6 of the seminars I have been asked to facilitate for chaplains in the ADF is underway in Brisbane. We have covered the dynamics of pastoral transactions and moral injury and repair. Today we concluded with work on leadership, systems theory and self care in ministry. Some extra notes referred to in the sessions have also been linked.
