Tim enjoyed facilitating a Saturday workshop with the pastor, elders and management committee of Romaine Park Christian Centre in Burnie, Tasmania. Topics we covered included governance structure, ministry leadership and processes for healthy congregational life.

Tim enjoyed facilitating the final training day for the Anglican Diocese of Sydney’s Parish Recovery Consultancy Teams on Wednesday. The training covered Biblical Foundations for the Ministry of Restoration, The needs of various groups impacted by clergy misconduct and some Reflective exercises on spiritual formation of consultants. Tim began training the supervisors and trainers for the Churches of Christ Vic Tas Church Consultancy Program on 27 January in Melbourne. The first workshop for the second group of trainee consultants starts in late Feb. A new facilitators group site has been established for this program. Authorised trainers can log in below.

Tim spent the morning in Elizabeth Town at the legendary ETC Cafe with Salvation Army officers working through conflict management strategies. A copy of the brainstorm will be uploaded later. The presentation and accompanying notes follow in this post.
Training workshop 2 for the Baptist Consultancy Teams in NSW & ACT was held on November 26 at the Ministry Centre in Epping. During the day the new team covered a range of diagnostic and data gathering skills and processes. The experienced Consultancy Team covered conflict between Pastors and Congregations.
