I enjoyed another day of good coffee and muffins shared with the RMs in Newmarket. After a reflection and sharing time we explored some input around staff team relationships and leadership.
We have moved to using dropbox to share files and I will send an invitation to team members.
Great to share the day with both members of Team B and Team A Church Consultants with the Vic Tas Conference. We had a pretty full day introducing processes for use in times of congregational conflict to Team B. I enjoyed teaching again with Robyn and Peter who are the principal trainers for our second team. It was good to welcome Micheal Vanderee, the new Church Health denominational leader for Churches of Christ. Our team is looking forward to working with him.

Another wet day for meeting at ETC in Elizabeth Town. I worked with Northern Salvation Army officers this morning on the area of Emotional and Social Intelligence. We spent a little time reflecting on Ephesians 4 and then discussed ESI and leadership.
I enjoyed a warm and sunny day in Melbourne for a catch-up session with Regional Ministers. We discussed local church governance and spent some time on congregational mapping processes for use in conflicted and recovery processes.

I enjoyed being back at St Michaels, Carlton, for a training workshop on facilitating healthy conflict processes in parishes. Through the day we looked at a wide range of preparation strategies and facilitation processes.
