I was spoiled to have to spend a few days on the Sunshine Coast at Marcoola working with the Arrow Executive Leadership Cohort in two areas – Change and Transition and Conflict Management in Organisational environments. The presentations and resources are in the Arrow trainees portal.
Sally Jones from Sydney and I spent Monday through Thursday training mentors at the final residential of the three year Mentoring Equipping Training at the Worldview Centre in Launceston.
The training included Biblical reflections, live mentoring by trainees, training on emotional intelligence, life stages and phases, spiritual formation, and more.

I was able to join the Chaplaincy Australia National Conference from Perth via Zoom for a session on Personality in mentoring and supervision. This session was designed to enable mentors to reflect on their own personality, the personality of mentees and the interaction which takes place between them. The presentation was emailed out to all who participated in the conference.
It was great to return to Lake Moogerah south-west of Brisbane to continue training the new Church Health Facilitation Team for the Presbyterian Church of Queensland. This was their second live-in, workshop 4 of 7 in the training program. Tim taught on church systems and power dynamics, and we spent some time developing facilitation skills and reflecting on a past consultancy to consider choosing processes and forming recommendations.
