Church Consultancy Training–Baptist Union of NSW Consultancy Team Workshop 10

It was somehow appropriate to have my last training day for this year on the subject of congregational conflict resolution. It has been a major theme for me this year. The Baptist Team worked on Mediation Skills, Levels of Conflict and we touched on the investigation of allegations in a case study.
