I enjoyed being with clergy at the Eastern Region Conference on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
Over three sessions we looked at a range of areas related to sustainability in ministry.

Wonderful to spend some time with the male and female facilitators of Victorian Ministry Renewal Retreats. We enjoyed gathering at Upper Plenty Conference Centre and working through a range of resources and processes for use in retreats. Most of these have now been added to our team dropbox.
It was great to meet the National and Vic / Tas Staff Team of Global Interaction this morning at Collins St Baptist Church and workshop change and transition management. We looked at change through a range of windows and reflected on how each might inform ways to process transition.
