We, Tim and Luke, enjoyed a second session with the participants of the Arrow Emerging Leaders Program Cohort 28. We had a full day of training in Conflict Resolution skills at Amberley in Victoria.

Great to have 24 hours back in Newcastle to work with a group of clergy for their post-ordination in-service training. We explored the principles and practices of healthy conflict from theory and live case studies.

Great to be back at Worldview Centre for Intercultural Studies in Launceston with Sally Jones for the second last workshop in our training of mentors. The notes are all in our group dropbox. Look forward to completing this course with our Tassie Cohort in November.
