Tim and I were pleased to connect with the Specialised Consultancy Team for the Baptist Association of NSW and ACT at the Ministry and Learning Centre in Macquarie Park.
The main topics explored in the training included Cognitive Processes in Conflict, and Polarity Management as opposed to problem solving. He also touched on Christopher Moore’s causal Elements of Conflict and David Snowden’s Complexity Theory.

Back in Sydney for a training day with the Parish Recovery Teams. We explored the nature of primary and secondary trauma, complex organisational systems and looked at a issues arising with recovery processes. Notes and articles are in our team dropbox.
Great to be catching up with clergy at the Foothills Conference Centre in Mooroolbark. We are exploring cultural change and conflict dynamics over two days.

Back to Elizabeth Town Tasmania for a morning with Salvation Army Officers. We took a look at the description of Captain David’s leadership and considered 8 Key Factors in Spiritual Growth.
