Parish Support Teams serve the Diocese of Melbourne through assisting parishes in times of conflict and tension. Tim and Luke are involved in training the team. It was good have have an update training day via Zoom today.
We reflected on offering grace and peace in parish conflict and peacemakers being called children of God, used a scenario to revisit skills including conducting interviews and facilitating small groups, and debriefed current assignments the team is engaged in.
