Baptist Union of Victoria Gathering 2008 and Nourish Day – Tim Dyer

The theme of this year’s Baptist Union of Victoria gathering was “Healthy Congregations“. Tim shared with pastors and partners over three sessions on Friday. The presentation is entitled “Leading Healthy Congregations.” In the session reference was made to Team Covenant and a Pastoral Review Process. On Saturday, Tim spoke to the gathering on the “Healthy Congregations” theme and lead a workshop on Mentoring. The 1 year mentoring model and reasons to be mentored handouts were shared with the group.
