Tasmanian Northern Cluster–Salvation Army Officers – Tim Dyer

Great to catch up with Salvation Army Officers in Northern Tasmania for our regular morning cluster session this week. After a diversion into time and priority management last month we were back on track this month looking at Vision, Values and Strategic Directions for churches. Vision is not an easy area to explore as there are different types of vision at work in churches and some important differences between them. We looked at the collective vision of God’s people and how to surface this, the vision of leaders and just scratched the surface of the personal vision of church members. But more on that next time.
