Great to be back on deck training the Parish Support Teams for the Diocese of Melbourne. Training on Thursday and Friday this week took place in the renovated Diocesan offices at St Pauls Cathedral.
For Workshop 5 we covered consultancy processes, the nature of shalom, specific conflict skills for use in recovery from conflict and debriefed current work the team is engaged in. Dropbox has been updated for team members.
On Friday the training and supervision team met for their first day of training. We explored aspects of supervision in consultancy teams and talked through the training philosophy and design. A dropbox folder for trainers and supervisors has been created.
