EPIC Conference – Tim Dyer – The Johnmark Extension

Even with three days (October 21-23) to cover the dynamics of conflict in Christian communities, Tim still had issues on the whiteboard to discuss and explore with Anglican clergy in Melbourne this week. The training was designed to provide both frameworks and practical strategies for dealing with the unique features of conflict in the church context. In addition to Tim’s notes, there are some resources provided here to assist with putting a parish conflict training program and policy together.
